Privacy Notice

What we process and why

We use your Google account identifier and account details to sign you in and associate your purchases and projects with your account. We process uploaded photos, your topic or experience, lyrics, selected settings and generated videos to provide the creation and download service. Do not include private information you do not want processed by the services used to make your video.

We also process order references, payment status, credit reservations and transactions, refund requests, moderation results, and limited security and diagnostic records. These help us deliver paid services, investigate failures, prevent misuse and reconcile transactions. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own notices; our application uses transaction identifiers and statuses rather than asking you to send card details to support.

Service providers

The launch service uses Cloudflare for hosting and private storage, Google for sign-in, Kie for image-to-video processing, DeepSeek for requested AI lyrics, Alibaba Cloud for content checks, and PayPal for payments. Only the services needed for the operation receive the relevant content; a lyrics request does not need your photograph. Providers may process information outside your country and apply their own retention and security terms. Our local cleanup schedule does not establish each provider's backup, deletion or training arrangements. We do not promise immediate deletion across every provider or that every provider excludes training use. We do not use your photos or outputs for our advertising without separate permission.

Storage and access

Photos and generated videos are handled through restricted service access and account-authorized downloads. A temporary signed link can grant access to its holder until it expires, so do not share it publicly. These safeguards do not make an absolute security guarantee.

The download period for a newly completed video is 7, 15 or 30 days according to the credit allocation used for that task. The task displays its applicable deadline. Download your file before that deadline. Purchased credits and video download availability are separate: credits do not expire merely because a video's download period ends.

Your choices and requests

Contact support@myairap.video for access, correction or deletion requests and questions about your information. We may need to verify account ownership, and some transaction/security records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction/object to processing through this email, and complain to your relevant data-protection authority. We assess requests under the law that applies to you; identity verification and legal exceptions may apply.

The website uses session cookies and browser storage for sign-in and saved settings/drafts. Clearing local browser data may remove local drafts, but does not by itself delete account records.

Retention schedule

Unused photos become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Task photos become eligible 24 hours after every related task has a confirmed terminal outcome. Processing, unknown outcomes and missing terminal information protect those photos. New verified videos have a 7, 15 or 30 day download period according to the task's funding allocation; this begins when verified output is ready. Download expiry does not expire your purchased credits.

Server lyric drafts have a one-hour validity window. Our retention targets are 30 days for technical logs, 90 days for ordinary moderation/support summaries, and review 180 days after dispute closure. For a verified account-deletion request, nonessential account data is targeted for removal within 30 days after unfinished tasks, balances and disputes have been resolved. These targets do not claim that expiry automatically deletes every record or provider copy.

Necessary financial and credit records are retained while balances, payment reconciliation, disputes or applicable tax/legal obligations require them. We periodically review and remove or minimize records no longer needed. There is no universal seven-year rule for all data; photos and full lyrics are not kept as financial records by default.

Cleanup and recovery limits

Cleanup applies only to new customer objects explicitly enrolled by the formal service. Existing showcase masters and historical project files are excluded. A local resumable collector is prepared, but production cleanup is currently disabled. Once enabled, the operational target is processing eligible objects within 24 hours, subject to backlog and safety checks; this is not a promise that all copies disappear immediately. Download expiry is enforced separately.

The launch database recovery window is the actual seven days available on Cloudflare D1 Free. A separate 30-day backup arrangement is a later improvement, not a current service feature. Recovery snapshots may retain previously deleted database records during their recovery window; media storage and provider copies have separate handling.

Account eligibility data

We record an age-eligibility declaration, version and time. We do not collect your complete birth date or government identity documents by default for this declaration.
