Terms of Service

The service

MyAIRap.video creates AI Rap videos from photos and lyrics using your selected settings. Original Rap is the launch creation route. A request button for a future template does not purchase or promise delivery of that template. Story Rap is not an available launch service.

AI results vary. Examples illustrate possible outputs and do not guarantee the same voice, performance, timing, likeness or quality for every photo and model. Review the model, duration, resolution, displayed credit cost and download period before submitting. A new generation request is a separate task with its displayed cost; there is no automatic free rerun promise.

Your account and materials

Use an account you are entitled to control. Upload only photos you have the right to use and obtain permission from identifiable people where required. Lyrics must be original or used with the necessary authorization. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, threats or other unlawful content. See the Content and Permissions Policy.

You grant the limited permissions necessary for us and our service providers to process your submitted material and return your requested output. These terms do not grant us a license to use your photos or outputs in advertising. Any such use would require separate permission. You retain your existing rights in materials you supply. AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive copyright protection; commercial use also depends on input rights and the applicable provider terms. We do not promise that a video is free of all third-party claims.

Credits, delivery and issues

Purchases are priced in USD as shown at checkout. Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire under the current product rules. Credits are reserved while a submitted task is being processed and settled once successful delivery is verified. A confirmed technical failure releases its reservation; an unknown outcome stays under reconciliation to avoid duplicate processing or billing.

A completed video's download deadline depends on the credit allocation used for that task. Download periods are separate from credit validity. Contact support if a result is missing or a charge appears incorrect. Cash refunds are handled under the Refund and Credits Policy and applicable rights.

Safety, changes and disputes

We may reject material or pause a transaction while a safety, rights, security or payment issue is reviewed. Contact support with the relevant order/task reference for review; do not submit passwords or card details. Changes to service terms will be identified by their effective date. These terms do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

Age and account eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age of majority where you live. You must have the necessary permissions for the photographs, lyrics and other material you submit. Account eligibility is separate from permissions relating to a person shown in a photograph.

Availability and generation capacity

New purchases may be paused if supplier funding, mandatory content-check capacity or approved operating budgets cannot support them. A pending payment approval may require a fresh capacity check before capture. Pausing purchases does not cancel existing credits, completed downloads or refund requests. Existing unknown tasks are reconciled without automatically creating another paid task.

Payments are handled by PayPal. The applicable total and any required taxes must be disclosed before you approve a payment. PayPal processing is not a representation that PayPal determines or remits every tax owed by the service operator.

The public operator name is Leon Reed. Contact support@myairap.video. A business contact address has not yet been published. Our records do not represent unverified operator or tax details as verified.

The total shown before payment is the amount charged for that purchase. There is no automatic renewal. Taxes and the operator's related reporting obligations are handled by the operator. Where a tax assessment is not yet recorded, we do not describe the purchase as tax-exempt or issue an assertion that no tax is owed. No undisclosed charge will be added later.
