Refunds and Credits

Operated by Leon Reed, an individual developer based in Oregon, United States. Contact: support@myairap.video.

Credits reserved for a task

The displayed credits are reserved when a task is accepted. Once successful output is verified, that task is settled once. If a technical failure is confirmed, reserved credits are released to the same eligible credit allocation. This is a credit release, not a cash refund.

If a provider's outcome is unknown, we keep the task under review instead of submitting it again automatically. Contact support with the task reference if it remains unresolved. A new generation you choose to request has its own displayed credit cost. We do not promise identical results or a free rerun merely because an output differs from an example.

Requesting a cash refund

Use the available account refund-request flow or contact support with your order reference and reason. Unused credits may be submitted for refund review. Partly used purchases require review of the original paid allocation, credits already used and any pending tasks. Refund requests are not automatic approval. We will communicate the decision and, if approved, the amount and payment route. Our response and refund-submission targets are described below; payment-provider settlement times vary.

Credits associated with an unresolved refund or dispute can be temporarily held to prevent spending the same purchase while it is being reviewed. We reconcile approved refunds against the original purchase; test or promotional balances are not cash withdrawals. We do not require you to give up rights to dispute a payment under applicable rules.

Problems with delivery and consumer rights

If a delivered file is missing, inaccessible or materially fails to match the purchased specification, contact us for investigation and an appropriate remedy. This policy does not exclude applicable statutory remedies or withdrawal rights. We do not assume that all digital purchases are automatically non-refundable. Where a lawful exception requires express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment, those requirements must actually be met before relying on it.

Refund timeframes and amounts

Within 14 days of purchase, completely unused order credits with no pending reservation or dispute may be submitted for a full refund to the original payment route after review. For partly used orders, the review starts from the original amount actually paid multiplied by the unused eligible purchased credits divided by the original purchased credits. Pending tasks and disputes must be reconciled first; promotional credits have no cash value. We bear payment fees that the provider does not return for normal approved refunds.

Ordinary requests after 14 days are reviewed individually. This does not limit applicable legal rights or remedies for non-delivery or incorrect charges. Our approved service target is an initial reply within two business days and submission of an approved refund to the payment provider within two business days; bank settlement timing varies. Leon Reed handles these requests through the support email above.

When purchases are paused

If the service cannot confirm sufficient generation capacity, it will not create a new payment order or initiate a new capture. Existing payment references remain available for reconciliation; a previously approved payment is not permission for duplicate capture. A capacity pause does not automatically refund an ordinary purchase or remove existing credits.

Support, financial exceptions and refund reviews are handled internally by the operator through support@myairap.video. No customer-facing staff directory is required for using this contact route. This does not replace legally required operator disclosures.
